ACT 2 SUMMARY

 Act two begins with Macbeth contemplating the murder. Macbeth see's a floating dagger leading him to Duncan's bedroom. Duncan who is passed out in his bedroom is  protected by two servants who are also passed out. Macbeth goes in Duncan's bedroom and kills Duncan. Macbeth returns to Lady Macbeth who is in a panic over the murder. Macbeth is holding the bloody daggers and his hands are also covered in blood. Lady Macbeth takes the daggers and places them on Duncan's servants for they will be blamed for murder. Their is a knock on the door and the drunken porter anwers the door. The castle is awoken by the screams of murder. Macbeth blames the servants and kills them. At the end of the act Macbeth becomes king.
